Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is a 60-minute, in-depth session designed to explore your health concerns with care and attention. During this time, we will take a comprehensive look at your health history.
This is more than just addressing symptoms, it’s about gaining a holistic understanding of your unique health journey and the factors influencing your wellbeing.
Functional testing may be utilised to gather a deeper understanding to your health concerns. These may include: Gut Microbiome Mapping, Vaginal Microbiome Mapping, DUTCH Testing, Organic OAT Testing, and much more.
Using this collaborative approach, we will work closely with you to identify your health goals and create a personalised treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs.
By the end of the consultation, you will have a clear, actionable roadmap to support your healing process and empower you on your path to optimal health.

Extended Follow Up Consultation
The extended follow-up consultation is a 45-minute session dedicated to reviewing any functional testing results or addressing complex health topics that require additional time.
During this session, we discuss how your test results provide deeper insights into the course of treatment. Together, we’ll explore how these findings may influence and refine your personalised treatment plan, ensuring your healing journey stays on the most effective path.

Follow Up Consultation
Our follow-up consultations are a dedicated 30-minute space to support you as you continue your health journey. Together, we’ll review your progress, celebrate your wins, and address any new symptoms or challenges that have come up.
This is your opportunity to stay accountable to the lifestyle changes you’re making, discuss how you’re feeling, and fine-tune your personalised treatment plan to fit your evolving needs. Whether it’s revisiting test results, adjusting therapies, or exploring new goals, each session is tailored to help you move confidently forward.
By the end of the consult, you’ll have clear next steps and ongoing support to keep you empowered and on track toward lasting well-being.

Acute Consultation
The acute consult is a quick, 15-minute session designed to provide timely support when you need it most. For new clients, it’s perfect for addressing urgent concerns like cold and flu relief, safe travel advice, or simple prescriptions.
If you’re already working with us, this consult offers a brief check-in to see how your treatment is progressing and make any quick adjustments to keep you feeling your best.
